What payment options do you offer?
Product prices indicated are in NZD currency. GST is included in the product price. We accept payment via Mastercard credit and Visa debit cards.
Can you gift wrap my order and send to a friend on my behalf?

We are more than happy to send your purchase directly to the gift recipient. We can gift wrap your purchase free of charge and add a small handwritten note.
Please leave your message with the instructions box at checkout.

Do you have pick up's available?

Yes we do, please email office@penelopes.co.nz and we will organise it from there.

Are your Memory Books suitable for same-sex couples and parents?
Yes, all of our books and journals use gender-neutral inclusive language, and are designed with all couples and families in mind. 
 
Do you offer wholesale?
